Thank you for shopping with skinenbeauty. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and responsibilities.

Order Processing

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before contacting us regarding the status of your shipment.
  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. If you do not receive this, please contact us at info@skinenbeauty.pk and include your Order Number for assistance.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
  • For deliveries within major cities, expect 2–3 business days.
  • For addresses located within 100 km of a major city, allow 3–5 business days.
  • For areas more than 100 km from a major city, delivery may take 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that weather conditions and external factors may affect these delivery estimates.

Receiving Your Order

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the provided address to receive the delivery.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for an alternative recipient (such as a family member, friend, or neighbor) to receive the package on your behalf.
  • skinenbeauty is not responsible for goods signed by an alternate person, nor for any damage or loss that occurs after successful delivery.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact information provided,
  • Order cancellation after dispatch,
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts due to unavailability,

A refund will be issued minus courier and packaging charges of 300 PKR.

Claims and Issues

  • All claims related to shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery to info@skinenbeauty.pk. Claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for resolution.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • At this time, Cash on Delivery (COD) service is not available.
