Simple 3-Step Claim Process
- Record & Send: Film a short video showing the device defect or how it is failing to perform, and send it to us.
- Provide Details: Include your original date of purchase and contact details with the video.
- Inspection & Evaluation: We will review your clip, request you to ship the device back, and send it directly to the manufacturer for a thorough assessment.
Repair vs. Replacement Outcome
- Minor Faults: If the manufacturer's evaluation detects a minor, fixable issue, the device will be professionally repaired and shipped back to you.
- Evaluation Failure: If the device completely fails to perform under evaluation and cannot be reliably fixed, we will issue and send you a brand-new replacement device.
7 to 14-Day Turnaround
The complete processing, evaluation, repair, or potential replacement of your device can take between 7 to 14 working days.
What is Covered
The warranty is strictly valid for internal technical defects or operational failures that occur during correct, upright, and standard usage.
What is NOT Covered (Void Criteria)
- Mishandling: Accidental drops, physical breakage, cosmetic cracks, or any other man-made damages will void the warranty.
- Self-Repair: Do not open or attempt to fix the device yourself. Any evidence of self-tampering or unauthorized repair attempts automatically voids the warranty, and the company will not be held responsible.
