RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Skinenbeauty, your trust is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. However, if you wish to make any changes, we’ve outlined our refund and return process below to ensure a seamless experience.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment but before shipment, you may do so at no extra charge. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@skinenbeauty.pk with the subject line "Cancel Order" and include your Order Number. Cancellations must be made before 2:00 PM on the day following your purchase.

Once your cancellation is processed, your full payment will be refunded. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for your bank to credit the refunded amount to your account.

Delivery and Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the goods. Skinenbeauty is not liable for packages that are signed for by an alternate person or misplaced after delivery. We recommend that you track your shipment and ensure timely receipt.

Returned Shipments

In cases where a shipment is returned to us due to customer-related issues, such as an incorrect address, failure to provide contact information, repeated non-availability for delivery, or order cancellation, we will process a refund minus a 300 Rs charge for courier and packing fees. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product with a major manufacturer defect or damage that hinders its intended use, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to info@skinenbeauty.pk with the subject line "Replacement" and include your Order Number, along with a detailed description and photos of the defect.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturer error, we will either send a replacement or provide a discount coupon for a future purchase, depending on the nature of the defect. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Minor Leakage During Shipping

While we take great care in packing your order, minor leakage may occasionally occur during air shipment due to atmospheric pressure changes. We add extra product to each bottle to compensate for potential minor leakage, ensuring you receive the correct quantity.
